We want Northamptonshire to stand out as a place of great landmarks, services & culture, which people can visit easily. We also want Northamptonshire to be a place where different communities can live alongside each other in harmony. If The Lotus Foundation is going to help shape the way that Northampton looks in the future we understand that without Your Say, the future is not going to be as rewarding.
Sometimes you may think you know what is best but it is only after sharing thoughts and ideas with others will you definitely know. We want to know your thoughts and ideas about how you want to live your life in Northamptonshire. By doing so we can learn how we need to adapt our designs and future plans that are being created for great neighbourhood places for you to work in, get fit in, learn in, relax in and get to know your local communities.
We also want to know what you think of our designs so far. Going to the You Decide section will give you a flavour of how we have added community feedback into the design of a landmark building. The designs are at concept stage because we are still talking to different communities and want to get as much feedback as possible before finalising what you want.
By Getting Involved, The Lotus Foundation will help you to develop an environment for serving all your social, physical and mental wellbeing needs under one roof. You will get expert providers to deliver top quality services for your education,health,and personal development. We all learn more and at a quicker rate when we're surrounded by tranquil and ambient surroundings.
We want to inspire people to work together with different communities and learn from each other and develop a trust with other faith groups. We will make you proud to be part of Northampton by engaging you in community and business activities that you benefit from. All of this can only happen if you work with us to make The Lotus Foundation’s vision a reality.
We know, you have got some great ideas for what you would ideally like to see in Northamptonshire and we want to hear from you. Currently we are working with different groups and talking to them about their experiences in Northampton, we will provide further information via this website as we progress.
