Currently working for HSBC as a Senior Manager within the Financial Services Internal Audit Department. He has grown up in Northampton having lived in the town for some 25 years. Harjinder joined the Lotus Foundation because he wanted to “…help make a difference to the
lives of children and the elderly within the Sikh community in Northampton.”

On his reasons for joining the Lotus Foundation he said:

“I was getting very frustrated at the lack of tangible progress we were making in Northampton and as I became more involved with this project I realised that all faiths were experiencing similar issues. I believe that the work we are undertaking as part of the Lotus Foundation will not only provide the Sikh Community with opportunities for social, cultural and spiritual well being, but will do so for all communities and faiths in Northampton.”
